The theme’s code is yours to use under the terms of your purchase. The fonts, icons, photos and videos are third-party: check that each one covers the way you intend to use it, and replace anything that does not. LICENSE.md in the theme’s root folder has the full terms.
Photography and video
The photos and the two background videos are placeholders that came with the original design, which credits the photos to Freepik and the videos to Pixabay and YouTube. They are licensed to whoever made the design, not to you, and no license was recorded for the videos. Replace them with your own photography and footage, or with files you have licensed yourself, before you launch, and do not pass them on inside anything you share or sell.
Fonts
Text is set in Roboto, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which allows commercial use. The build downloads it from Google Fonts once and serves it from your own domain.
Icons
The social, search and send icons are a six-glyph subset of IcoFont by icofont.com: the icon designs are licensed under CC BY 4.0 and the font file under the SIL Open Font License. The arrows, menu, check, map pin, phone and mail icons are Material Icons by Google, inlined as SVG, under the Apache License 2.0. The small line pictograms came with the original design, which credits Flaticon; replace them or confirm your own Flaticon license before you launch.
